Our client, a leading housing association, is seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling repairs and maintenance work on the association's properties, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and log repair requests from tenants
• Schedule repairs and maintenance work with the maintenance team
• Ensure that repair work is completed within agreed timescales
• Liaise with tenants to provide updates on repair work
• Monitor the progress of repairs and take appropriate action to resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork and records are kept up to date
• Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the association's properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
