Interim - Service Delivery Support Officer

Braxfield Recruitment specialises in connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities. We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Support Office based in London to join a great team within a large London Based Housing Association.

Location: North London (HYBRID ROLE)

Salary: £20.93 (umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of services by ensuring effective administration and coordination.
  • Managing and responding to repair requests and enquires related to mechanical and electrical assets.
  • Assist with identifying areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery.

About You:

The ideal Service Delivery Support officer will possess experience in an Administrator / Officer role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will set you apart.
Ideally with a general working understanding of the systems required to deliver the service including CRM and HPM. As well as an understanding of the social housing sector and the property services function.
