Permanent Senior Retrofit Project Manager for G15 Housing Association

Braxfield Recruitment are delighted to advertise an exciting new role on behalf of our client: a leading G15 Housing Association. Our client is looking for a Permanent Senior Retrofit Project Manager to join the asset management delivery team.

The Senior Retrofit  Project Manager will be responsible for managing a small team delivering whole property retrofit works to existing housing stock. This role involves leading the delivery of multiple projects from inception through to completion in an efficient and cost effective manner. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Leading the successful planning, controlling and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered to budget, timescale and quality.
• Liaising with sub-contractors, residents and other key stakeholders. 
• Developing a good understanding of customer needs and requirements and working towards achieving them.
• Reporting project progress through meetings, reports and presentations.
• Identifying and suggesting areas for improvement and cost savings.
