Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in West London who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Lift Engineer on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate must be minimum NVQ level 3 and knowledgeable of various models of lifts.

You will report into the Lift Manager and work within a team ensuring cyclical maintenance and planned works is effective contractual and technical, monitoring contractor’s KPI’s / supply chain performance.

Other duties as a Senior Lift Engineer will include:

• Preparing test installations in accordance with current regulatory standards and on completion of each project, supervising final testing and commissioning of the works in compliance with current standards.
• Commissioning of all planned works.
• Providing, professional, technical and contractual advice pertaining to planned works, contractual disputes, arbitration or litigation including undertaking the role of professional or expert witness at hearings, adjudications and legal proceedings etc.

This role would suit someone who live local to the West London area as there are some night rota duties involved.
