A bit about the role:

The role will involve managing a direct workforce aswell as subcontractors providing a repairs and maintenance service to Social Housing providers.  The successful candidate must have experience working on the National Federation schedule of works and be confident in both pricing and reviewing with the schedule.  You will be required to carry out site inspections and be responsible for vehicle and stock checks.  Our client is particularly interested in seeing candidates with an SMSTS or similar qualification.

Our client would love to see candidates with the following skill set:

• Experience working within Social Housing repairs and maintenance.
• A background of managing trade workers and contractors.
• History of carrying out site inspections including health and safety inspections.  

In return our client can offer:

• A salary circa £35,000 - £45,000
• A great team that get along well and get the job done.
