Braxfield Recruitment have been appointed by a London Based housing association who are looking to appoint a repairs administrator to join their team on a 7 month fixed term contract. The role will primarily focus on compliance-related repairs.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with residents and booking appointments.
- Raising orders on the system and allocating works to the contractor.
- Liaising with contractors to chase up any outstanding works.
- Liaising with staff in other departments and external contractors.
- Running WIP reports.
- Closing orders upon completion and adding notes to the Orchard system.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Strong administration background working for housing association, local authority or contractor.
- Experience of using Orchard.
- Able to run reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of housing repairs.
- Willingness to commute to the office in Euston a maximum of once per week.
Salary £29,500 7 month FTC
