Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new role? Do you have experience in responsive repairs?

 

Braxfield Recruitment have been instructed on an exciting new role within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a G15 housing association based in Hertfordshire, who are currently looking to appoint an experienced repairs administrator to join their property service team on an initial 6 - 9 month fixed term contract.

 

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with residents and logging repair requests.
  • Booking in appointment with tenants via the telephone or letter.
  • Raising orders on the system and allocating works to the contractor.
  • Liaising with contractor to chase up any outstanding works.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and external contractors.
  • Providing admin support to the property services department.

 

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

  • Strong administration background working for a HA, LA or Contractor.
  • Experience of using Northgate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge on housing repairs.
