Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in London who are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Administrator on an interim contract.
Duties as a Housing Administrator will include:
- Raising POs for the housing team and ensuring invoices relating to these are processed for payment.
- Monitoring, recording and processing estate inspections/zoning information as necessary.
- Actioning gas safety processes, book appointments, liaise with contractors and update the database.
- Monitoring and dealing with outstanding call backs for the team as required.
- Updating CRM when appropriate to log contact with residents.
- Collating information for tenancies as and when requested.
- Updating and maintaining the spreadsheets and databases used within the region to monitor performance.
- Processing and paying utility bills by verifying the information and contacting the relevant utility.
- Recording accurate service charge information and feed back to the team with deadlines.
To be considered for the position of Housing Administrator you must have the following:
- Excellent knowledge of housing process and trades.
- Grounds maintenance and estate service experience.
- Strong administration experience working for a HA, LA or contractor.
- Experience of dealing with customer/tenant queries.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications to produce general correspondence.
