Property Manager

Working on behalf of a leading London based Housing Association we are looking for an experienced Property Manager.

Our client is looking for someone with solid experience of carrying out site inspections and a thorough understanding of all aspects of fire and health and safety. An understanding of service charges, strong customer facing skills and a willingness to undertake qualifications are also essential to be successful in this role.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must have a full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes.  You will be out on site visits approximately 3-4 days per week covering three key areas in North London, West London and Berkshire. 

Salary around £32,000
