An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Property Manager based in London. This is an interim contract paying £24.74 p/h Umbrella. Hours are Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm.
The role
The successful candidate will ensure that the organisation provides an excellent service to their customers and meet their obligations as a landlord. You will work collaborative with colleagues in other key customer-facing roles including service charge, estates services, repairs etc and acts as a key liaison for their residents.
You will carry out through proactive compliance checks on designated properties and reactive checks following notifications by residents and play an important role in ensuring properties are safe, clean and compliant and that residents are satisfied, ensuring timely issue-resolution and customer service-focused communication.
Other duties will include completing estate inspections at the required frequency; reporting all actions arising from the inspection to the relevant internal and external teams for completion and following up on all reported and planned actions ensuring they are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
What you’ll need
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Previous experience of property management including managing mixed-tenure residential blocks.
- Experience of delivering outstanding customer service in a directly customer-facing role.
- Experience of managing and supporting landlord compliance.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations including Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS and ARMA guidelines.
