Our client, a Social Housing provider, are looking for an experienced Programme Manger to be responsible for the Capital Works programmes.
The role will involve planning and designing as well as monitoring the progress of the programmes. Issue resolution and the ability to initiate appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner is essential. The successful candidate must ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme.
You will need:
An understanding Decent Homes, Compliance, Health and Safety and legislative standards.
Previous experience within a housing association or local authority setting.
Background in refurbishment and capital works programmes.
