We have an exciting opportunity in Central London for a planned surveyor to join a small housing association to manage the planned programme of works. These include kitchen and bathrooms, cyclical decorations and remedial actions arising from fire risk assessments.

In addition to managing the contractors carrying out the works, the planned surveyor will continue carrying out stock condition surveys to assess the current condition of the housing associations properties and add them to future programmes as necessary.

Our client is looking for someone who has good technical knowledge & experience and can evidence previously running planned works for another social housing provider.

No vehicle will be required as the properties are all within easy reach of each other and can be accessed on foot or via public transport.
