Braxfield Recruitment are a specialist recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in Devon who are looking to recruit and x3 multi-trade operatives until March 2021!

Our client is looking for a Multi-skilled and enthusiastic trades person with a relevant qualification in your primary trade of carpentry to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the South West region, covering Plymouth and Exeter.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are always adhered to.

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following experience:

• Strong multi trade background.
• Qualified in either carpentry, plumbing or plastering.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Current DBS (preferred).

Rate:                     £14.57 PAYE - £17.94 Umbrella
