Braxfield have been appointed by a housing provider in South London that are looking for an inspirational leader to join them on an interim contract as Head of Repairs. The contract is expected to last a minimum of 12 months.

Repairs are undertaken by a partnering contractor and works are overseen by in-house surveying and administrative staff.

In addition to the operational management, you will also monitor the performance of the division, overseeing the contractors and the supply chain partners. This will include delivering to KPIs across customer satisfaction, H&S, response times, productivity, quality and financial performance, working closely with the asset management team ensuring that larger repairs are programmed accordingly.

Using your organisational and people skills you will need to drive the service forward improving repair times, customer service and first-time fix rates driving customer satisfaction.
