Braxfield Recruitment have been appointed by a G15 housing association that are looking to hire an experienced Head of Compliance Contracts on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will support the M&E contract managers in delivering across M&E disciplines including water management, PAT testing, street lighting, door entry systems and lifts.

The ability to analyse data to detect trends and anomalies is incredibly important as are all round IT skills as there will be a need to work across various system platforms to help produce accurate data reports for senior management and the Board. Equally Knowledge of developing specifications, procurement, contract administration and delivery of major repair and refurbishment projects to strict time, cost and quality standards is also required.

Experience of managing a significant annual budget is essential together with an ability to deliver creative solutions and information in a diverse environment and demonstrable skills in negotiating formal contracts with external organisations.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Compliance Contracts role will have worked in a similar position before or will be looking to step in to a head of department position. They will have an excellent track record of achieving and maintaining compliance and be able to work both at an operational and strategic level. They will need to have managed a team internally together with specialist contractor and consultancy firms supporting service delivery.
