Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: London, UK
Salary: £57,000- £61,000 plus remote working, excellent benefits & pension
Responsibilities:
- The Electrical Contracts and Compliance Manager will be responsible for the contract management of electrical services, maintenance, installations and as part of complex capital works.
- Responsible for ensuring electrical compliance for the full local authority portfolio.
- Prepare reports for Executives and Board members.
- Work with contractors and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision-making process and delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider, local authority or associated contractor.
- In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
