Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in London who are looking to recruit an experienced Gas Inspector on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the performance of contractors.
• Inspecting the quality of installations.
• Ensuring good value for money.
• Carrying out regular audits.
• Working alongside contractors and other departments where forced entry is required.

To be considered for the role you must:

• Hold relevant domestic tickets.
• Have experience in a similar role wither within a Housing Association, Local authority or contractor setting.
• Be willing to work onsite 2-3 days per week in West London

Salary circa £48,000 - £52,000
