Braxfield Recruitment are partnering with a leading G15 housing provider that are looking for a Demobilisation Project Manager to join them initially on an 8 month FTC. They are offering a prorate salary range of £60,000 - £65,000.

 

The Role

To Project Manage the demobilisation of a repairs contractor and the mobilisation of two new contractors. 

Coordinate services and contracts to ensure a successful phased transition maintaining seamless service delivery throughout. 

Maintain a clear audit trail and produce regular progress reports for the senior management team. 

Lead on stakeholder communication and oversee the resolution of issues. 

Manage risk mitigation and performance management. 

 

The Candidate

Experienced Project manager.

Able to represent the organisation externally at an appropriate level with key stakeholders. 

Strong negotiation skills

Exceptional communicator.

Knowledge of performance analysis and data presentation. 

Ideally have a background / good understanding of maintenance and repairs services within domestic settings. 

Knowledge and current housing law and regulations. 

 

Salary £60,000 - £65,000 pa pro rata.  This role is initially on an 8 month FTC with potential for it to be extended.
