An exciting new opportunity for a Utilities Contracts Analyst based in London. This is a permanent contract paying a salary of £32,106. The role
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Contracts Coordinator and oversee contractual and service obligations including the implementation and metering & billing of the housing providers Heat Network. You will assist in managing financial liabilities with third party managing agents and the procurement and ongoing supervision of the utilities portfolio.
What you’ll need
This role would suit someone who has previous experience working with energy brokers or someone who has an understanding of Heat Networks.
You will need strong communication and problem solving skills and ideally have a worked from a housing association or local authority.
Our client is looking for someone who has a good level of IT skills and literacy; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent skills in working with data analysis and contract management.
You will ideally have working knowledge of the Housing Acts and have the ability to interpret leases and issue recommendations.
