Interim Compliance Manager – Housing Association
Location: Essex
Rate: £375 – £450 per day (Umbrella)
 

We are working with a well-established Housing Association seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join on an interim basis. This role will provide leadership and oversight across multiple compliance streams, ensuring contracts and contractor performance are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on all compliance areas, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

• Oversee day-to-day contract management, monitoring service delivery against agreed standards.

• Manage contractor performance, driving accountability and value for money.

• Provide assurance to senior management and support the delivery of safe, compliant services.

• Identify and address risks, ensuring effective reporting and governance processes are in place.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of managing compliance streams within housing or a related sector.

• Strong background in contract management and performance monitoring.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work at pace and deliver outcomes in an interim environment.
