Braxfield have been appointed by a housing provider in Surrey that are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their property services team.

The post holder will be responsible for the operational supervision of Property Compliance specifically focusing on fire safety, legionella, asbestos and other related legal and regulatory standards. 

Our client is looking for someone who has experience of managing staff teams ideally gained from the housing maintenance or construction industry.  An in-depth knowledge and understanding of social housing and landlord responsibilities in relation to compliance is essential as well as experience managing budgets.

You will be required to monitor the performance of the compliance team and contractors ensuring 100% compliance in all homes and properties.
