We are currently seeking two Compliance Managers to join a growing London-based Housing Association. This is an excellent opportunity for two motivated individuals with either a gas or electrical compliance background to join a fantastic team.
Location: London, W10
Salary: £57,000- £60,000 plus hybrid working opportunity
Responsibilities:
- The Compliance Manager will be responsible for contract management or either gas or electrical contractors.
- Responsible for ensuring full compliance for the organisations portfolio or properties.
- Prepare reports for Executives and Board members.
- Work with contractors and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision-making process and delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider or local authority.
- In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
