Are you an experienced Complaints Officer looking for a new role? Do you have experience working in the housing sector? If so, then we may have the perfect role for you!


Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in West London who are looking to recruit an experienced Complaints Officer on an interim contract.


With your background and experience in complaints you will be able to take ownership of all complaint coordinator and Councillor/ MP enquiries across Asset Management, working together with managers, staff, contractors and stakeholders to resolve problems in a pragmatic way.


You will ensure a high quality customer experience is achieved by being part of a team that is responsive to the needs of the customer.


With your extensive experience in dealing with complaints, you will be able to identify trends or areas in which the service can be improved and make recommendations for change, to reduce complaint levels and improve customer satisfaction. To do this, you will prepare and collate complaint management performance information including analysing data and work with the call centre to agree the process and manage reporting on informal complaints responded to and closed.


And finally, our client would like you to share your knowledge and experience with other member of the team, providing them with training and coaching to promote excellent standards across Asset Management.


To be considered for the position of Complaints Officer you must have the following:


  • Previous experience working as a complaints officer for a housing association or local authority.
  • Experience of dealing with all levels of complaints through to MP enquiries.
  • Experience of using Northgate (desirable).
  • Previous experience analysing and producing statistical reports.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and met deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

Contract:             3 months +


Rate:                     £20 - £22 p/h
