Building Safety Communications Officer
We are working with a leading London Based Housing Association and looking to recruit a Building Safety Communications Officer.
The role will involve providing specialist advice around building safety and external walls fire remediation work, grant positions as well as legal proceedings.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and customer facing skills as the role may require you to deal with informal complaints and keeping resident up to date while major work takes place.
This role is primarily computer / office based but occasional site visits may be required. Hybrid working is available with 1 or 2 days per week based in the London office.
Salary £33,500 - £37,000
