We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Resident Liaison Officer to support our client in managing the refurbishment of two blocks in South West London. This is an 18 month fixed term contract with a salary of £30,800 per annum. The role

The successful candidate will be based on site in South West London for 3 days a week liaising with tenants and the contractors, the other 2 days can be WFH. The properties are undergoing extensive renovation whereby many of the tenants will be staying in situ, with others required to be decanted for periods of time whilst more invasive works to their properties are carried out. The administrator / RLO will work with the tenants to make sure they are aware of and included in the works and available to answer any questions and queries that may from time to time arise.

 

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience as an administrator / Resident Liaison Officer working for a housing association, local authority, housing contractor or developer.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent people skills as you will be liaising face to face with the residents.
  • Good level of competence in customer care.

 

In Summary

You will be responsible for building customer confidence during these works, ensuring resident liaison & customer care are of the highest level. Other duties will include ensuring all aspects of works are explained to tenants and that they are kept in the loop in regards to works being carried out.
