Braxfield have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support our client in managing the repairs and surveying appointments for a number of blocks in South West London.


The role

The successful candidate will be based on site in South West London for 3 days a week liaising with tenants and the contractors, the other 2 days can be WFH. Much of the work in question will be around damp and mould queries, surveys and subsequent works.

 

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience as an administrator with a housing association, local authority, housing contractor or developer.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent people skills as you will be liaising face to face with the residents.
  • Good level of competence in customer care.
